TTIME Business

Terms of Service

Last updated February 2026

These terms govern access to and use of the ERGON TIME platform. By creating a workspace you agree to them on behalf of your organization.

1. The service

ERGON TIME is business software for financial operations: invoicing, transaction records, reconciliation, reporting, HR, CRM, projects and collaboration. It is not a bank, payment institution, or licensed financial adviser, and it does not hold or move customer funds.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for the actions of every member you invite, and for keeping credentials confidential. Workspace owners control roles and permissions and may remove access at any time. Each workspace's data is isolated from every other workspace at the database level.

3. Subscriptions and billing

New workspaces begin on a 14-day trial. After the trial a paid subscription is required to continue using paid features. Subscriptions renew for successive periods until cancelled, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform to break the law, infringe rights, upload malicious code, attempt to access another organization's data, probe or bypass security controls, or resell the service without a written agreement. We may suspend a workspace that puts the platform or other customers at risk.

5. Your data

You retain all rights to the data you put into the platform. We process it only to provide and secure the service, as described in the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum. You can export your records at any time while your subscription is active.

6. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance may cause brief interruptions. Support is provided by email during business hours.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The platform is provided on an “as is” basis. Nothing in it constitutes accounting, tax, or legal advice, and you remain responsible for your own filings and financial decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate for material breach or non-payment after notice. On termination we retain your data for 30 days so you can export it, then delete it.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the product. Questions can be sent through the contact page.
